As Micromeritics webmaster/web manager since 2005, I have participated in all phases of both web design/implementation and web maintenance of 15 worldwide company websites along with supporting 65 distributor sites. Sites also included the creation of the company intranet as well as secured areas of the customer-facing sites. Thriving in our limited staffed department I was tasked with many areas of marketing. Including: • SEO/SEM/PPC/SMM •Content Creation •Campaigns •Webinars •Tradeshows/Conferences/Seminars. I implemented the conversion to SalesForce and Sharepoint. My duties included Sales leads and CRM management as well as Sales, Service, and Customer Service and Customer support.
I enjoyed using my artistic skills to design web collateral, product flyers, our quarterly industry newsletter, scientific posters, trade show materials, and many other graphic designs.
Perhaps most importantly, I offer a history of proven results. In over 15 years with a wide variety of successes, I am glad to say I had a significant hand in growing the company in good times and bad from $20+million in sales to over $75 million. I developed and executed an SEO strategy that went from being black-listed on Google when I arrived to achieving and sustaining top 3 rankings on Google and Bing (organic, nonpaid results) for company and key search terms. I created two new company logos for subsidiaries. Our Customer email database (a KPI) rose over 30% in the last 4 years.
